Engine Builds: Purchase Terms
Engine Builds are digital credits used to generate NeuroTune sessions through The Velantrix Engine. Because they are digital goods that are delivered and consumed instantly, the following terms apply to every purchase.
All sales are final
When your payment is approved, Engine Builds are added to your account immediately and are available to use right away. Once Builds have been added to your account, the purchase is final and is not eligible for a refund.
Instant delivery
You acknowledge that Engine Builds are delivered to your account the moment payment is confirmed, and that by completing your purchase you are requesting immediate access and delivery.
If something genuinely goes wrong, we make it right
A no-refund policy does not mean we leave you stuck. If The Velantrix Engine fails to deliver a Build you paid for, if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a technical error on our side prevents a Build from generating, contact us and we will fix it directly, either by restoring the affected Build to your account or refunding that specific charge. We stand behind delivery. We simply do not refund Builds that were delivered and used as intended.
Before disputing a charge, talk to us first
If anything looks wrong with a charge, email us before contacting your bank. We respond quickly and we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute can. Filing a chargeback on Builds that were delivered and used may result in your account being suspended while we review it.

By purchasing Engine Builds, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, that you are requesting immediate delivery of a digital product, and that you understand Builds are non-refundable once delivered.
